Information collected
Name, contact details, PAN/KYC information, subscription/payment records, research communications, consent records and other information reasonably required for service and regulatory compliance may be collected.
Purpose
Information is used for onboarding/KYC, research services, fee processing, communication, regulatory records, grievances, security, compliance and service operations.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated confidentially except where disclosure is required/permitted by law, regulator, competent authority, service-provider processing, or client consent.
Providers
WhatsApp, email, Telegram, AKTAI and payment providers may be used for service delivery. The RA will apply reasonable safeguards and will use providers as required for the service.
KYC and regulatory records
KYC/client records may be processed through KRA and other mechanisms required or permitted by SEBI/RAASB.
Regulatory disclosure
Information may be shared with SEBI, RAASB, statutory authorities, courts or law enforcement where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Security
Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should never share trading, demat or banking passwords with the RA.
Retention
Records shall be retained for the period required by applicable SEBI/RAASB and other laws. Mandatory retention prevails over conflicting deletion requests.
Updates
This policy may be updated for legal, regulatory, technology or service changes, with communication where required.
